For most roles, we can have someone in place within 1–2 weeks. Emergency staffing (immediate need) may take 3–5 days if we have a match in our available pool.

What if the engineer isn't a good fit?

We match based on your requirements and culture fit. If it's not working after the first week, we'll replace them at no charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Are your engineers W2 or contractors?

Aegisys employees — they're on our payroll, fully vetted, and SOC 2 compliant. You get employee-grade reliability without the hiring overhead.

Can they attend our security training?

Absolutely. They'll complete all your onboarding, security training, and background requirements before day one.

What if we want to hire them permanently?

We can discuss transition arrangements. Most organizations find the flexibility of ongoing engagement more valuable than permanent hire, but we're open to discussions.
