Cancellation Terms

This Professional Services Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation and termination of professional services engagements between you and Aegisys Cloud Solutions.

Cancellation Notice

• Client may cancel professional services with written notice to Aegisys at least 30 days prior to the intended cancellation date
• Cancellation notices must be sent to legal@aegisys.com or by registered mail
• Aegisys will acknowledge receipt of cancellation notices within 5 business days

Fees and Charges Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation of professional services, the following charges apply:

• All professional services delivered prior to the cancellation date are non-refundable and must be paid in full
• Any unused prepaid services may be credited to future invoices or refunded at Aegisys’s discretion
• Any early termination fees specified in the statement of work will apply

Conditions for Cancellation

Professional services cannot be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• Less than 30 days’ notice is provided
• Services are in progress or partially completed
• The cancellation would violate applicable laws or regulations
