How is MyCloud Private backed up and recovered?
Daily snapshots, replicated off-site (still in Canada). Recovery time: minutes to hours depending on failure type. Tested recovery procedures are part of our SOC 2 controls.
Can we connect MyCloud Private to our on-premises data centre?
Yes. Site-to-site VPN or dedicated circuit (ExpressRoute). Your on-premises and cloud infrastructure appear as one unified network.
What if we need to migrate from MyCloud Private to public cloud later?
We help with that transition. Your data, configurations, and applications can migrate to Azure or AWS if needed — though most clients stay with MyCloud Private once they experience isolated, Canadian infrastructure.
Who manages security patches and updates?
We do. Hypervisor, OS, and application patches are applied during maintenance windows. Zero-downtime updates where possible. You're informed in advance.
